Adaptedstories is subscription-based website. The stories are symbol supported stories for children at an early literacy level. Intended for children with communication difficulties, including nonspeaking children. The simplicity of the stories allows children to retell the stories easily with the supported symbols. There are two collections. These collections will be updated continuously so new content will be available.

Online Books- This collection includes all of the story collection electronically. This is web-based. You must sign in to gain access to the stories. All Collections( Toddler, Storytime, Me My Family, Older Students, Nature,etc constantly adding books. Electronic Interactive Books and Interactive Bookshelves. Single Switch Accessible. Complete Adapted Stories ( All Electronic Books, Activities and Printable Books, symbol supports, lessons plans, varies based on story etc)

These collections are growing and all new stories created will be included in the collections. All current users will be updated as the new exciting myownstories2go is completed in early 2012 This portion allows you to create your own books, save them, shre them and use adaptedstories books to create your own bookshelf and download it to your portable mobile device. * all stories are switch accessible! All mobile books will be active as long as you have a subscription!
